Worcester Greenstar CDI intermittently not starting, displaying EA fault code. EA on this model relates to an ignition fault. Investigation found a blocked condensate trap and restricted main heat exchanger flue ways. Poor service history has resulted in this condition which could have been prevented with annual services. Full strip clean conducted on this appliance to reinstate to a safe working boiler. Safety performance checks conducted after including emissions check to confirm now healthy.
